Sending Quotes
Once you've created a quote, you can send it to your customer for review and approval.
Sending a Quote
- Open the quote you want to send
- Review all details for accuracy
- Click Send Quote
- Confirm the customer's email address
- Add a personal message (optional)
- Click Send
What Your Customer Sees
When you send a quote, your customer receives:
- An email notification with your company branding
- A link to view the full quote online
- Options to accept, request changes, or decline
Tracking Quote Status
After sending, you can track your quote's status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Quote saved but not sent |
| Sent | Quote delivered to customer |
| Viewed | Customer has opened the quote |
| Accepted | Customer approved the quote |
| Declined | Customer rejected the quote |
| Expired | Quote validity period has passed |
Resending a Quote
If a customer hasn't received or can't find their quote:
- Open the quote
- Click Resend
- Verify the email address
- Click Send
Following Up
For quotes that haven't been responded to:
- Go to Quotes > Sent
- Filter by status or date
- Click on a quote to view details
- Use Send Reminder to follow up
Converting to a Job
When a customer accepts a quote:
- Open the accepted quote
- Click Convert to Job
- Set the job schedule and assign team members
- The job will be created with all quote details
