Sending Quotes

Once you've created a quote, you can send it to your customer for review and approval.

Sending a Quote

  1. Open the quote you want to send
  2. Review all details for accuracy
  3. Click Send Quote
  4. Confirm the customer's email address
  5. Add a personal message (optional)
  6. Click Send

What Your Customer Sees

When you send a quote, your customer receives:

  • An email notification with your company branding
  • A link to view the full quote online
  • Options to accept, request changes, or decline

Tracking Quote Status

After sending, you can track your quote's status:

StatusMeaning
DraftQuote saved but not sent
SentQuote delivered to customer
ViewedCustomer has opened the quote
AcceptedCustomer approved the quote
DeclinedCustomer rejected the quote
ExpiredQuote validity period has passed

Resending a Quote

If a customer hasn't received or can't find their quote:

  1. Open the quote
  2. Click Resend
  3. Verify the email address
  4. Click Send

Following Up

For quotes that haven't been responded to:

  1. Go to Quotes > Sent
  2. Filter by status or date
  3. Click on a quote to view details
  4. Use Send Reminder to follow up

Converting to a Job

When a customer accepts a quote:

  1. Open the accepted quote
  2. Click Convert to Job
  3. Set the job schedule and assign team members
  4. The job will be created with all quote details
