Creating Quotes

Quotes are estimates you send to potential customers before work begins. This guide covers everything you need to know about creating professional quotes in Procured.

Quote Basics

A quote in Procured includes:

  • Client information - Who you're sending the quote to
  • Line items - The services or products you're offering
  • Pricing - Costs for each item and the total
  • Terms - Payment terms, validity period, and conditions
  • Notes - Any additional information for the customer

Creating a Quote

From the Dashboard

  1. Click the New Quote button
  2. Fill in the quote details
  3. Save as draft or send immediately

From a Client Profile

  1. Go to Clients and select a client
  2. Click Create Quote
  3. The client information will be pre-filled

Adding Line Items

Line items are the individual services or products on your quote.

Manual Entry

  1. Click Add Item
  2. Enter a description
  3. Set the quantity and unit price
  4. The line total calculates automatically

Using Saved Items

If you have saved services or products:

  1. Click Add from Catalog
  2. Search or browse your items
  3. Select items to add
  4. Adjust quantities as needed

Quote Templates

Save time by creating templates for common quote types:

  1. Create a quote with your standard items
  2. Click Save as Template
  3. Name your template
  4. Use it next time by selecting New from Template
