Voice Commands

Control Procured hands-free. Press Ctrl+Shift+V on desktop or tap the microphone icon to get started.

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+V or tap the 🎙️ icon
  2. Speak for up to 30 seconds
  3. Review the confirmation card
  4. Tap Confirm to execute or Cancel to discard

Use names when speaking. Say "Complete the visit for Johnson Plumbing" instead of "Complete the visit."

If you're already looking at an entity, say "this" -- e.g., "Mark this visit as arrived."

Offline​

Voice commands need an internet connection. The mic is disabled when you're offline.
