Step-by-Step Guide
1. Company Profile
After signing up, navigate to Settings > Company. Fill in your company name, phone number, and website. This information appears on all quotes and invoices you send to customers.
2. Business Address
Add your primary business address. This is used as the default "from" address on documents and helps with routing and scheduling.
3. Logo Upload
Upload your company logo in PNG or SVG format. It will be displayed on quotes, invoices, and customer-facing emails.
4. Tax Configuration
Go to Settings > Taxes to configure your tax rates. You can set up multiple tax rates for different regions or service types.
5. Team Invitations
Finally, invite your team members from Settings > Team. Assign roles to control what each person can see and do.
