Create Your First Quote

Learn how to create and send your first quote to a customer.

Create a New Quote

  1. From the dashboard, click New Quote or go to Quotes > Create Quote
  2. Select an existing client or create a new one
  3. Add a title for the quote (e.g., "HVAC Installation - Main Office")

Add Line Items

  1. Click Add Item to add services or products
  2. Enter a description, quantity, and price for each item
  3. Add as many line items as needed
  4. The total will calculate automatically

Review and Save

  1. Review all the details of your quote
  2. Add any notes or terms for the customer
  3. Click Save to save as a draft

Send to Customer

When you're ready to send:

  1. Click Send Quote
  2. Verify the customer's email address
  3. Add a personal message (optional)
  4. Click Send

Your customer will receive an email with a link to view and accept the quote.
