Create Your First Quote
Learn how to create and send your first quote to a customer.
Create a New Quote
- From the dashboard, click New Quote or go to Quotes > Create Quote
- Select an existing client or create a new one
- Add a title for the quote (e.g., "HVAC Installation - Main Office")
Add Line Items
- Click Add Item to add services or products
- Enter a description, quantity, and price for each item
- Add as many line items as needed
- The total will calculate automatically
Review and Save
- Review all the details of your quote
- Add any notes or terms for the customer
- Click Save to save as a draft
Send to Customer
When you're ready to send:
- Click Send Quote
- Verify the customer's email address
- Add a personal message (optional)
- Click Send
Your customer will receive an email with a link to view and accept the quote.
