Key Concepts
Drag-and-Drop Calendar
The calendar view supports full drag-and-drop. Click and drag any job to reschedule it. Drag the edges to adjust duration. Works in day, week, and month views.
Multi-Day Jobs
For jobs that span multiple days, set the start and end dates in the job details. The calendar will show the job spanning across days with a progress indicator.
Recurring Visits
Set up recurring visits for ongoing maintenance contracts. Go to the job and click Add Recurring Schedule. Choose daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly frequency.
Crew Optimization
Use the team view to see everyone's schedule side by side. Look for gaps and overlaps. Assign team members to nearby jobs to reduce drive time.
Route Planning
Switch to the map view to see all scheduled jobs geographically. Use this to plan efficient routes and reassign jobs to the nearest available crew.
Tips and Tricks
- Hold Shift while dragging to copy a job instead of moving it
- Double-click an empty time slot to create a new job
- Use color coding to distinguish job types at a glance
